This article analyzes the manifestation of entrepreneurial passion in contexts of social vulnerability through a case study of the Friburguense Runners Association. The objective is to understand how entrepreneurial passion is articulated with entrepreneurial action in a context characterized by resource constraints, social inequalities, and strong collective engagement. A qualitative and interpretive approach was adopted, using the case study method based on the analysis of institutional documents, participants’ accounts, and observation of the organizational context. The results indicate that entrepreneurial passion plays a central role in mobilizing available resources, strengthening social ties, and constructing collective meaning around sports practice, contributing to the sustainability of the initiative. Rather than being merely an individual trait, passion assumes a relational character, shared among association members and guiding decisions and actions in the face of contextual uncertainty. It is concluded that entrepreneurial passion, when connected to collective values and community-based action, can serve as a relevant element in promoting social inclusion and addressing structural limitations in vulnerable contexts.
